What data we collect

CleaningOps collects the following information to provide and improve our cleaning-management services:

• Personal identifiers — names, email addresses, and phone numbers
• Property details — unit numbers, property addresses, and building information
• Job records — cleaning schedules, task lists, completion status, and assigned staff
• Photos — before/after images, damage reports, and inspection captures uploaded to job records
• Issue reports — maintenance flags, guest complaints, and resolution notes
• Linen records — inventory counts, laundry tracking, and replacement logs
• Push-notification tokens — device identifiers used to deliver real-time alerts
• Usage analytics — app engagement metrics, feature usage, and crash reports

How we store and protect your data

All CleaningOps data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud backend provider. Supabase uses industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Access is restricted via role-based authentication and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure users can only read or modify data they are authorized to see.

Passwords are never stored in plain text. We enforce secure authentication flows and monitor for unauthorized access attempts.

Photos and media

Photos uploaded to job records are stored in a private, authenticated Supabase storage bucket. They are only accessible to authenticated users with appropriate permissions within your organization. Images are not shared publicly or used for any purpose outside of operational job tracking unless you explicitly opt in.

Third-party services

CleaningOps relies on Supabase for database hosting, authentication, file storage, and real-time updates. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third-party marketers. Analytics data is used solely for product improvement and stability monitoring.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request a full data export or deletion of your account and all associated records, please visit our Account Deletion page or contact support directly.
